Medeama Official Expects High-Scoring Encounter Against Yanga in CAF Champions League

Medeama SC Chief Executive Moses Armah Parker has predicted a high-scoring encounter as his team prepares to face Tanzania’s Yanga SC in their upcoming CAF Champions League clash on Friday. Speaking to Onua Sports’ Isaac Ansah Apagya, Parker urged fans to arrive early at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium, promising that it will be “raining goals.”

Parker expressed confidence in his side’s ability to secure another three points following their 2-1 victory over Algeria’s CR Belouizdad in the previous group stage match. Medeama currently sit third in Group D, behind second-placed CR Belouizdad, while Al Ahly lead the standings with four points.

Yanga SC are yet to record a win in the competition, but Parker believes his squad is ready to deliver a strong performance. “We have talked to the boys and they are ready to die for Ghana,” he said, highlighting the players’ determination ahead of the crucial match.

The clash is scheduled to kick off at 4:00 pm at Kumasi’s Baba Yara Stadium, with Parker anticipating an exciting and goal-laden affair for the fans.
